Waterjet cutting mainly involves hardware and software.
Hardware mainly has three parts, highly stable PC, CNC pulse generator, and servo driver.
Software runs in the MS WinXp environment, it serves as the interface between the operator and machine,it accepts different kinds of command from the opearator and carries the command out, such as set machine origin reference point,perform simulation or dry run, cutting parameter setup, and acctual cutting. The software is competible to DXF, and G-code. The advanced part of the software also does nesting, offset, cutting path generation, and lead in/out.
At the same time, it sets up the alarm system automatically, to ensure the cutting head is within the cutting area to avoid any damage.
